A recording by Anna Mae Willis (Walker) dated 5-29-41 while a student in the Radio Program at the Arthur Jordan Conservatory of Music (later consolidated into Butler University) in Indianapolis, Indiana. She would become the first female graduate of the Radio Program at the institution. This recording relates the status of radio in 1941 in regards to government regulation. Recorded from the original 78 rpm record.
